Dear admin,
Should we eat the same soup during the diet, or can we use more than one of the recipes you provided? And is there any substitute for the brown rice in the seventh day? Because I have never heard of brown rice in my country and i don't think I can find it. Thanks |

Because I have never heard of brown rice in my country and i don't think I can find it. Thanks What about quinoa ( kind of couscous) ? I guess it's a great substitute for the rice. You can use more than one of the recipes, add a variety and taste to your diet. It will not hurt. -------------------- Peace and Happiness
