I have been eating around 600 to 700 cal per day the last few months and work out but only recently started running- I used to walk a lot on the treadmill. Will running help? What else can I do? I don’t eat any fast food-I haven’t for a few yrs now really, I eat all kind of fruits, vegetables and milk. Generally I don’t like to drink either coffee or sodas.

Stop you do not need to lose any more weight you are on the margin of being under weight for your height and age. The average healthy diet consist of at least 1000 calories per day but try to keep them down to healthy foods.

When you reach a level that is your body telling you to do a bit different. Running is good for health but if you really want to see a momentous change incorporate strength training in your work out.

I feel you are not receiving enough calories for your body function properly. Though this does not seem to be a problem for you now it will have an effect on your organs in the long run. Keep in mind the idea is not to be fat it is to be healthy!

Playing sports will let your body to burn more calories, for example playing volleyball, table tennis or basketball. These games are very funny and it will help in losing more weight.

Run daily morning or evening, but if you are not into running, 10 minutes of cardio is enough.

Running will help you... but dancing is one of the successful way to burn more calories than running, fast dances I mean, and so, try to join a dance class, and regularly if you practice it will help you to lose weight as they will force you to burn much more calories.

100% Agree

Mix the types of dance you do to gain the most benefit. There are varying degrees of muscle use and activity levels depending on what dance you do. Doing more than one type of dance can work out different muscle groups. Combine other types of workouts with dance to help you lose the most weight you can. Dance uses muscles, but not in the same way that lifting weights does so make sure you keep this a part of your weekly workouts. Also include pilates and yoga to ensure flexibility.
